Once you have placed an online, phone order, or other type of order with Yoa's Auto Parts , you have entered into a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Because Yoa's Auto Parts reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, typographical, product photo, and/or pricing errors that may occur do not entitle a customer to receive something from those errors. Yoa's Auto Parts cannot be held responsible for honoring purchases caused by such errors and will simply take action to correct the error. These errors are not a misrepresentation of a product, business, manufacture, or sale, but an error which Yoa's Auto Parts responsibility is to correct.

If you make a Submission, you automatically grant-or warrant that the owner of such content has expressly granted-Petco a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the Submission in any media or medium, or any form, format, or forum now known or hereafter developed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Petco is not required to use any Submission.
You are solely responsible for your Submission, the consequences of making a Submission, and your reliance on any Submissions. Yoa's Auto Parts is not responsible for the consequences of any Submission. Yoa's Auto Parts is not responsible for screening or monitoring Submissions made to the Services by users. If notified by a user of a Submission allegedly in violation of these Terms, Yoa's Auto Parts may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove such Submission. Yoa's Auto Parts will have no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of such activities.
Ordering Procedure
If you order a product, your payment is processed immediately. We will notify you of the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel an item that is not classified as special order, we will do our best to accommodate but do not guarantee cancellations after an order is placed.
Special Orders
Customer acknowledges that if this purchase contains a special order item, the provisions of this paragraph supersede any conflicting general terms of these terms and conditions.
Product(s) classified as special order cannot be canceled or returned for any reason. By using our digital confirmation link you agree to all terms and conditions associated with our website and hold harmless Yoa's Auto Parts against all suits at law or in equity and from any and all damages, claims, and demands for personal injury or actual or alleged infringement of any United States or foreign intellectual property right and to defend any suit or actions which may be brought against Yoa's Auto Parts for such injury and/or any alleged infringement because of the manufacture and/or sale of the material covered thereby. All special ordered Products are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the purchase price if canceled at any time after placing.
Order Cancellations
We will allow the cancellation of non-custom or special order item(s) that have not been shipped and are not marked as non-cancelable / non-refundable items. Items that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or modified. Cancellations can be requested by contacting our customer service team who can be reached via live chat or phone through the Yoa's Auto Parts website. Cancellation requests will be processed as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates
The Shipping Rates shown at time of checkout are estimates only. We encourage you to contact us for a special shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders(Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.
Typographical Errors
In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information on our website due to typographical error or an error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Yoa's Auto Parts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such items listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed or we have received payment. In such a case, If you have already paid and your order must be canceled, we will issue a refund to you via your original method of payment as defined herein.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect products
While Yoa's Auto Parts strives to ensure that the products purchased will be the right fit, the first time, in perfect condition and proper fitment, sometimes due to factors outside of our control, products may be damaged in transit, defective from the assembly line or otherwise are simply incorrect.
If your item(s) arrive defective, damaged, flawed or are incorrect, do not attempt to use, install, modify, or repair the item. Please contact our customer service team who will determine the best possible solution to your issue.
In the event of an exchange or replacement, once you have contacted our customer service team, our team will work with you to help facilitate the transaction. During this time, photos or video of the damage, defect, or fitment issues may be requested in order to correctly process your request.
In such instances, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Upon return, we will inspect the part and upon confirmation of the defect, and our determination that the issue is not the fault of the customer, an exchange or replacement will be processed.
Products must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier. Please note that products must be in the original packaging and there are additional requirements for products that ship via a freight carrier that our customer service team will discuss.
Please be advised that returns, refunds or exchanges under this section do not apply to warranty claims. Warranties on items are offered by their manufacturers, and each manufacturers' time frames, and terms and conditions vary. Yoa's Auto Parts DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.
If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return, will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you may be required to purchase a replacement.
International Shipping
All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes. Any charges associated with the importation of products purchased from Yoa's Auto Parts or our affiliates are the responsibility of the buyer. Any costs resulting from the refusal to import a product purchased through Yoa's Auto Parts or our affiliates may result in additional charges.

Payment Terms
Yoa's Auto Parts accepts Credit Cards, Paypal, Affirm, Amazon Pay, and Bank Transfers with appropriate billing and shipping addresses. Billing and Shipping information may need to be verified after your order is placed before capturing payment or processing your order. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc.
Warranty
Any applicable warranty is applied directly by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be facilitated by the manufacturer. Yoa's Auto Parts does not facilitate warranty claims and is not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. Yoa's Auto Parts offers the option to purchase 3rd party warranty coverage provided by `extended warranty`. All warranty claims submitted with Extend Warranty are facilitated by Extend Warranty services.
Certain products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and must be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping costs other than by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. Any item that is altered or changed from its original state will not be able to be returned or receive warranty support.
By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of the stock part it is replacing.
