Order Cancellations
We will allow the cancellation of non-custom or special order item(s) that have not been shipped and are not marked as non-cancelable / non-refundable items. Items that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or modified. Cancellations can be requested by contacting our customer service team who can be reached via live chat or phone through the Yoa's Auto Parts website. Cancellation requests will be processed as quickly as possible.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect products
While Yoa's Auto Parts strives to ensure that the products purchased will be the right fit, the first time, in perfect condition and proper fitment, sometimes due to factors outside of our control, products may be damaged in transit, defective from the assembly line or otherwise are simply incorrect.
If your item(s) arrive defective, damaged, flawed or are incorrect, do not attempt to use, install, modify, or repair the item. Please contact our customer service team who will determine the best possible solution to your issue.
In the event of an exchange or replacement, once you have contacted our customer service team, our team will work with you to help facilitate the transaction. During this time, photos or video of the damage, defect, or fitment issues may be requested in order to correctly process your request.
In such instances, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Upon return, we will inspect the part and upon confirmation of the defect, and our determination that the issue is not the fault of the customer, an exchange or replacement will be processed.
Products must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier. Please note that products must be in the original packaging and there are additional requirements for products that ship via a freight carrier that our customer service team will discuss.
Please be advised that returns, refunds or exchanges under this section do not apply to warranty claims. Warranties on items are offered by their manufacturers, and each manufacturers' time frames, and terms and conditions vary.
Yoa's Auto Parts DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.
If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return, will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you may be required to purchase a replacement.
Warranty
Any applicable warranty is applied directly by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be facilitated by the manufacturer. Yoa's Auto Parts does not facilitate warranty claims and is not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. Yoa's Auto Parts offers the option to purchase 3rd party warranty coverage provided by `extended warranty`. All warranty claims submitted with Extend Warranty are facilitated by Extend Warranty services.
Certain products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and must be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping costs other than by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. Any item that is altered or changed from its original state will not be able to be returned or receive warranty support.
By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of the stock part it is replacing.

JDM Parts Warranties
- We do not provide warranties on items that are purchased. We are also not responsible if the item/s that you purchased do not fit or work correctly with your vehicle. We will inform you if the item you purchased was damaged or is not as described/pictured but cannot take responsibility for items that are not compatible with your vehicle.
JDM Car Warranties
- We are more than willing to work with you if your vehicle is damaged within our possession or if your car was not as described/pictured. We inspect every single car before they are shipped (unless requested otherwise), but for the off chance we miss something, please get in contact with us.
